This summer, one of the GTA’s most beautiful destinations, Royal Botanical Gardens, will host a standout lineup of Canadian artists as part of its outdoor summer concert series, Concerts in the Gardens.

Taking place at Hendrie Park in Burlington, the immersive concert series will bring live music to a scenic garden setting, giving guests the chance to enjoy an evening of performances surrounded by nature.
Presented in collaboration with Noisemaker, the series will feature performances by top-tier Canadian acts, including Dan Mangan, Joel Plaskett, Lido Pimienta with the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra, Sam Roberts Band with Talia Schlanger, The Barr Brothers, The Sheepdogs with Chloë Doucet, BADBADNOTGOOD, and Patrick Watson.
Guests can enjoy the cool evening breeze, settle into the garden atmosphere, and experience live music in one of the GTA’s most picturesque outdoor spaces. The artist lineup for this season includes:
- Dan Mangan and Joel Plaskett (July 2nd)
- Lido Pimienta with Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra (July 9th)
- Sam Roberts Band with Talia Schlanger (July 15th)
- The Barr Brothers (July 23rd)
- The Sheepdogs with Chloë Doucet (August 13th)
- BADBADNOTGOOD (August 20th)
- Patrick Watson (September 25th)
Tickets for the concert series start at $62 per event. Guests attending are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket for seating. The stage will be set up in Mitchell’s Field, a grassy hill on the eastern end of Hendrie Park, located approximately a 400-metre walk from the entrance of the RBG Centre.
Guests attending the summer concerts can also experience ANCHORBALL: A Curious Art Journey during their visit. The summer exhibition features 18 large-scale monumental works, reaching up to 12 feet tall, alongside an integrated augmented reality experience throughout the garden. The exhibition brings together physical and digital art within a beautiful natural setting.
