This July, Canada’s premier live-fire culinary event, Brewery & the Beast, will take place in Toronto for the first time.

Happening on July 26th at Henderson Brewing Company, the elevated all-inclusive food experience will bring together some of Ontario’s top chefs, award-winning restaurants, and beverage professionals for a one-day celebration of bold flavours, premium ingredients, and live-fire cooking.

Not your average food festival, Brewery & the Beast is a curated culinary experience where guests can enjoy dishes crafted with progressive and traditional cooking techniques, alongside premium beverages and a lively summer atmosphere.

All food and beverage offerings are included with each ticket, giving attendees the chance to experience dishes from over 30 culinary presenters, along with cocktails, premium wines, craft beer, cider, hard tea, seltzers, and non-alcoholic options.

Confirmed participants include an impressive lineup of restaurants, chefs, and food brands, including Taline, Alder, PAI, Enoteca Sociale, Liliana, Enigma, George Restaurant, The Judge, Black + Blue, Cherry Street Bar-B-Que, The Iron Cow Public House, Mozy’s, Burger Drops, Rodney’s Oyster House, Eataly, Little Sister, Good Behaviour Ice Cream, Piano Piano, Romi’s, South Fire, Bridgette Bar, Alebrije, Nice Cans, Elle Jay’s, Barque BBQ, Elora Mill, Pizzeria Libretto, Bar Mordecai, Chef Matt Basile, Craft Beer Market, and more. To add to the atmosphere, the event will also feature a lineup of guest DJs, creating the perfect soundtrack for a summer afternoon of food, drinks, and community. This is a 19+ event.
