Cultural Showcase of African and Caribbean Cultures in Toronto
Afro Carib Fest, a Free Outdoor Festival showcasing the diverse cultures of African and Caribbean communities, returns to Thomson Memorial Park for two days, August 24th and 25th 2024.
This bombastic cultural showcase will feature live music from talented artists, dance performances, a cultural parade, and a vibrant marketplace with vendors selling one-of-a-kind items.
In addition to the cultural showcase, there will be savory delicacies from the best African and Caribbean spots in the city as guests indulge their taste buds with mouthwatering bites.

MORE ABOUT Afro-Carib Fest 2024
Returning for its 13th edition, Afro Carib Fest is one of the biggest cultural showcases in Toronto. It brings together hundreds of thousands of individuals to celebrate the diversity of African and Caribbean Culture in Toronto. The event attracts over 30,000 patrons each year.
Additional activities for the showcase include a kids and family zone, a Mr. & Mrs. Afro-Carib Fest showcase, show-stopping dance competitions with cash prizes; raffle draws with amazing prizes, and an interactive drum and dance circle.
The event will kick off with an opening ceremony featuring Ontario MPs, MPPs, Councilors, Ministers, and local community leaders.
