Meet the Motivators Inc.(MTM) celebrates its 10th anniversary with a dynamic two-day symposium in Brampton on May 17th and 18th. The symposium will bring together inspirational speakers, industry leaders, and changemakers for a fun weekend to recognize and celebrate women in leadership positions.
May 17th (Day 1)
Taking place at the Sheridan College—Davis Campus, attendees should expect a fun day of networking, speakers, interactive workshops on business planning and financial management, networking, and panel discussions with industry leaders and trailblazers in business and entrepreneurship, including special guest The Honourable Charmaine Williams, Associate Minister of Women’s Social and Economic Opportunity.
The Saturday event will kick off with a continental breakfast at 9:00 am, then proceed with interactive workshops and keynotes. It will conclude with insightful panel discussions on Women in Leadership and a Youth Panel. There will be an opportunity to shop from a diverse selection of vendors offering unique products and services in a small business vendor market and win prizes in a giveaway.
May 18th (Day 2)
On the second day, MTM will debut its 2025 Impact Awards to honor 10 individuals/organizations who have significantly contributed to progress, equality, sustainability, or any area of transformative change at the Garden Banquet and Convention Centre. There will be a red carpet, a gourmet 5-course dinner, live entertainment, dance performances, and prizes to be won.
Featured guests at the Gala include keynote speaker Andrea Bain, Canadian television personality and co-host of CTV’s The Social; guest speaker The Honourable Dr. Jean Augustine, the first Black woman elected to Canada’s House of Commons; and keynote speaker Inga Tkachenko, personal injury advocate and co-founder of Inga Educates.
About MTM
Meet the Motivators is an incorporated Not-For-Profit organization led by a board of directors and an organizing team of approximately 30 volunteers. They aim to educate, inspire, and empower women and girls to pursue leadership roles within their communities and careers. The organization proudly showcases an inclusive collaboration of female leaders representing many ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
