Winter is Coming!
The Bentway welcomes neighbors, friends, community members, and fun-seekers for an electrifying experience at the Winter at The Bentway as winter beckons.
Skaters are invited to cruise the 220m figure-eight skate trail under the Gardiner. There will be special opening hours for the holidays, and the popular free rental nights and skating lessons will return in the new year.
This experience runs from December 16th to February 19th and will feature
Winter Ice skating from December 16th to February 19th
The return of their signature Polar Bear Skate on December 31st – Bentway’s wild tradition, where skaters strip down to their skivvies and skate the trail for a good cause. This event also features a clothing drive for donations.
Northern Lights Astronomy – January 27th, 2024
Free stake lessons on select dates
Free workshops, family programming, art, and more
Family Day at the Bentway – An afternoon of skating, family-friendly activities, music, refreshments, vendors, and more!
