Evergreen Brickworks hosts its second annual Good Mourning Festival, dedicated to exploring and honoring the significance of mourning in public spaces.
The Good Mourning Festival will celebrate the profound communal aspects of mourning with workshops, food, shopping, art installations, walks, and more.
Day 2 presents Día de los Muertos, a celebration of Mexican and Latin American culture in which people welcome back the souls of their deceased relatives for a brief reunion. Attendees should expect an explosion of colors and activities for children and adults alike. There will also be traditional Mexican and Latin American celebrations, shopping, fun family activities, and delicious food and drink.
