In collaboration with winemaker Nyarai Cellars, Chef Marc Kusitor invites food lovers to explore the rich culinary traditions of the African diaspora, brought to life through bold flavors, time-honored techniques, and thoughtfully crafted dishes in an intimate setting at the Rily Kitchen in Toronto.
Guests will experience delicious courses from the earthy depth of Djon Djon (Haiti) to the fiery warmth of Kreyol spice. Each course is paired with Nyarai Cellars’ exceptional wines, elevating every plate into a conversation and every pairing into a celebration.
