Ivorian Grammy-winning singer, dancer, and percussionist Dobet Gnahoré, will be on stage in Toronto to provide an epic one-night-only performance on April 24th.
Renowned for her electrifying stage presence and seamless blend of traditional and contemporary African sounds, Dobet delivers a musical experience like no other blending African musical styles, dance, and soulful storytelling. Dobet will perform selections from her latest album Zouzou, a tribute to African youth and resilience.
The night will open with a performance from Juno-winning Okavango African Orchestra, a celebrated Toronto/Montreal-based ensemble uniting musicians from across Africa to create a vibrant, cross-cultural soundscape.
