Beading expert Janet Dugan hosts a beginner beading workshop to help participants learn the art of beading.
The workshop will begin with going through the tools you will need to start a beading project (bead kit). From there, participants will learn how to bead around a cabochon using the “one needle flat stitch” beading method, and more lessons will commence from then on.
Participants will have the option of selecting a beading kit featuring a variety of themes (e.g., Orange Shirt Day, Red Dress Day, etc.).
The workshop is a full-day event. A light lunch will be provided.
*All community members are welcome, but registration is required, and space is limited.
*This workshop will take place inside City Hall (across from the library)
