Toronto’s largest celebration of Polynesian culture returns to Mel Lastman Square this July, marking its 10th milestone year with a vibrant full-day celebration of music, dance, food, art, and community.

Presented by Hālau Hula I Ka Lā, the festival will take over the square on July 25th with more than 20 performances showcasing the beauty, energy, and traditions of Polynesian culture.

Guests can expect breathtaking hula and Polynesian dance performances, live music, cultural presentations, island-inspired vendors, handmade crafts, and a marketplace highlighting the creativity and traditions of Pacific communities.

Food will also be a major part of the celebration, with vendors serving delicious bites, refreshing Hawaiian beverages, and a variety of Pacific-inspired flavours throughout the day.

Now celebrating a decade in Toronto, the festival continues to bring people together through culture, storytelling, movement, and the kind of warmth and hospitality that makes strangers feel like ‘ohana.
