This weekend, Runway of Rezilience returns to Toronto for its largest showcase yet, taking over Evergreen Brick Works on September 26th for an immersive celebration of contemporary Indigenous culture.

After two years at Casa Loma, the event is moving to Evergreen Brick Works and expanding beyond the runway into a multidisciplinary experience spanning fashion, food, art, music, performance and community.

Runway of Rezilience will bring together Indigenous designers, artists, performers, chefs, entrepreneurs, creators and storytellers for an evening centred on creativity, cultural expression and community connection.

What to Expect at Runway of Rezilience

Guests can look forward to:

• Indigenous culinary experiences: An expanded culinary program featuring Indigenous chefs, food vendors and flavours.
• Indigenous marketplace: Art, beadwork, textiles, jewellery and original creations from Indigenous artists, makers and entrepreneurs.
• Live entertainment: Musical performances and entertainment throughout the evening.
• More than 20 experiences and activations: Cultural, interactive and immersive programming presented throughout Evergreen Brick Works.

At the heart of the event will be a fashion showcase celebrating Indigenous creativity, design and storytelling. The expanded program will offer guests several ways to engage with contemporary Indigenous culture while discovering and supporting Indigenous-owned businesses and creative talent.

More than a fashion showcase, Runway of Rezilience provides a platform for Indigenous creatives to share their work, perspectives and stories on their own terms. By bringing fashion, food, art, music and entrepreneurship together, the event invites guests from all communities to celebrate the diversity of contemporary Indigenous creativity while supporting the designers, artists and businesses shaping its future.
