A Toronto Mans Reflection, a wellness organization based in Toronto, hosts its wellness series tailored for men every Friday this April at the Cecil Community Centre.

Guided by certified wellness instructor Jamal Vickers, participants will be led through a 60 min yoga session to the sounds of André 3000’s new album – New Blue Sun (no lyrics)
