$2500 – $5000 CAD grant opportunity to support upstart Black entrepreneurs and business owners. Applications due by October 23rd, 2023
FACE, a national and bilingual Black-led nonprofit organization focused on providing resources and information to the Black community across Canada, partners with TD Canada to present their “Propelling Black Entrepreneurship Program.”
About the Program
TD Propelling Black Entrepreneurship Program program offers grant funds ranging from $2,500 to $5,000 to offset professional business services costs for Black entrepreneurs. FACE and TD recognize that one of the most significant barriers to kick-starting businesses for Black entrepreneurs is limited access to financing and the creation of essential business documentation for success
Through the program, FACE aims to assist Black entrepreneurs in creating essential business documentation required for success, including but not limited to tax filings, financial statements, and business plans.
Available Funding/Prizing
$2500 to $5000 CAD for each applicant while funds last
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The business must
Identify as a Black-Owned Business.
Be operating in Canada for two years or less
Be Registered with the Canadian business registry
Need a business plan, financial statements, and/or tax filing services.
