Toronto’s community-driven nonprofit, Hard Feelings, is back this weekend with its 7th Annual Mental Health Pop-Up Market, happening Saturday, September 6th, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at its home location, 353 Church Street, Toronto.
This year’s theme, “Hard Feelings, Soft Spaces”, highlights the importance of creating welcoming environments where people can connect, share, and access mental health resources under the banner of community.
Attendees can expect:
- Over 15+ vendors, including Hard Feelings, offering art, food, and wellness goods that promote self-care, mental wellness, community, and personal growth.
- Resources: Partnering agencies and psychotherapists with Hard Feelings tabling to provide mental health resources.
- Community Connection: Opportunities to meet community members, network, and engage in meaningful conversations.
This free event will also provide an opportunity for community members to benefit from the mental health programming and resources offered through Hard Feelings, including workshops, counseling sessions, and informational materials.
Community members, students, mental health professionals, and anyone interested in mental well-being, regardless of background or experience, are warmly welcomed!

Hard Feelings is a nonprofit registered charity dedicated to reducing barriers and increasing access to mental health resources. We work with mental health professionals, community members, and partners to facilitate the delivery of low-cost psychotherapy, curate mental health resources, and foster conversations that fight stigma.
