“The Real Negroes of Comedy” is a bold and provocative comedy show that pushes boundaries while delivering laughs featuring an ensemble of Black comedians in Toronto. This show dives headfirst into the complexities of race, culture, and identity with a mix of irreverent humor and sharp wit.
Expect a night of unapologetic Black comedy where no topic is off-limits, and the humor is as accurate as it is raw. Each comedian brings their unique voice and perspective to the stage, challenging conventions and sparking conversations through satire, personal anecdotes, and social commentary.
Expect the Queens of Canadian Black comedy, Zabrina Douglas (JFL, Winnipeg Comedy Festival, and Juno nominee), headlining.
