Things to do in Toronto – November
Evergreen hosts its inaugural 2-day Good Mourning Festival, celebrating and commemorating shared experiences of death and grief in Toronto. The Good Mourning Festival amalgamates the Together in Grief and Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) over two days.
There will be diverse workshops, food, shopping, art and interactive installations, walks, and lots more.
Day 1: Together in the Grief invites visitors to explore the universal themes of grief and death with open hearts and open minds in a supportive space
Day 2: Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebrates Mexican and Latin American culture, where people welcome back the souls of their deceased relatives for a brief reunion. Expect a very colorful atmosphere and fun activities for children and adults alike.
