This October, Toronto’s iconic Little Jamaica neighbourhood will be transformed into a vibrant cultural and market hub with the launch of the first-ever Taste the Caribbean Culture & Market Hub: A Pop-Up Experience, happening October 18th and 19th 2025.
The two-day community and cultural experience will immerse guests in the rich traditions of the Caribbean through live music, food tastings, culinary demos, free sample activations, photo stations for Instagrammable photos, and a lively vendor marketplace perfect for foodies and culture lovers alike.
Food & Culinary Highlights
Visitors can indulge in food tastings, free sample activations, and tasty flavours of the Caribbean. The event will feature breakfast classics and Caribbean staples brought to life through live culinary demos led by award-winning chefs Chef La-Toya Fago and Chef Noel Cunningham.

Beyond the food, the event offers a full lineup of entertainment and cultural experiences, including:

This inaugural cultural hub is made possible through the City of Toronto’s Main Street Innovation Grant, along with the dedicated efforts of the CariFestival Association and Taste of the Caribbean organizers.
