Presented by NeighbourLink North York, the Taste of North York Community & Food Festival returns to the Mel Lastman Square from June 6th to 8th, providing three full days of food, community, and fun at the Mel Lastman Square.
Returning for its 3rd year, guests should expect a cultural celebration of North York’s vibrant cultures and diverse cuisines with delicious food vendors from Chinese, Korean, Filipino, South American, Indian, Ukrainian, Japanese, Indigenous, Vietnamese, Caribbean, Egyptian, and many more communities in Toronto.
Also, there will be live music, dancing, an artisan market, and engaging family-friendly activities, including an escape room, Lego building, a robotic field, an aerial hammock, an instrument petting zoo, juggling workshops, arts and crafts, caricatures, face painting, soccer target practice, and more!
There will be opportunities to meet dozens of community members, local charities, clubs, and cultural organizations from across North York! Guests are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for NeighbourLink’s food bank. Net proceeds from the festival will go towards NeighbourLink’s food bank and community care programs.
As always, you can keep up with all the fun happenings in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area on efosa.
