Toronto’s urban cabane à sucre experience returns in 2026, transforming the Harbourfront Centre into a maple wonderland featuring live entertainment, interactive activities, and plenty of fresh maple syrup, just before Spring, on March 14th and 15th.

Presented by Redpath, this family-friendly event returns to a new location with more fun, more sweets, more sugar, and fun activities. Highlights from this year’s edition include

• Two Sugar Shacks serving up fresh Ontario maple taffy.
• Delicious delicacies and lots of comfort food infused with maple syrup.
• Billy Bishop Airport warming station with bonfires and a maple sugaring demonstration.
• Fun Games, Live Entertainment, Interactive Activities, and Giveaways.
• A Lumberjack show.

After a hiatus in 2025, Sugar Shack TO makes its highly anticipated return with partners including Redpath Sugar, Menkes Developments, Harbourfront Centre, Billy Bishop Airport, Westin Harbour Castle Hotel, and Porter Airlines.
