This summer, Royal Botanical Gardens will host talented artists as part of its outdoor summer concert series, Concerts in the Gardens, from July 9th to September 17th at Hendrie Park in Burlington.
In collaboration with Noisemaker, this immersive concert series will feature performances by top-tier Canadian acts, including Allison Russell, Matt Andersen, The Strumbellas, Serena Ryder, Sloan, and Kathleen Edwards. Guests will enjoy the cool evening breeze and vibe to the sounds of talented acts in a lovely garden setting.
The talented artist line-up includes
- July 9th, AHI and Logan Staats
- July 17th, Matt Andersen with Terra Lightfoot
- July 24th, The Bros. Landreth and Whitehorse
- July 31st, The Strumbellas and Serena Ryder
- August 14th, Jeremie Albino with Benjamin Dakota Rogers
- August 20th, Begonia with STORRY
- August 28th, Sloan & Kathleen Edwards
- September 17th, Rufus Wainwright
Tickets for the concerts start at $36 for each event. Those attending should bring a chair or spread out a blanket for seating. The stage will be set up in Mitchell’s Field, a grassy hill on the eastern end of Hendrie Park. This location is a 400m walk from the entrance of the RBG Centre.
