Med Melanin, a telehealth platform dedicated to improving healthcare experiences for women of color (WOC), will host an intimate and confidential workshop, “It takes a Village,” on March 16th in Toronto to enlighten participants on providing proper support to spouses or loved ones during pregnancy.
Having a supportive social network during this pregnancy is essential for maintaining well-being, as it can help to reduce stress, depression, and anxiety, improve physical health, and reduce the risk of pregnancy and birth complications.
Participants will gain practical tools, knowledge, and the confidence to effectively support and advocate for their loved ones during one of the most vulnerable and critical moments in their family’s life. This event is designed to transform uncertainty into empowered advocacy., inspiring you to be a strong pillar of support.
