Via its Festival Activation Fund, DoorDash, one of Canada’s leading online food ordering and delivery platforms, will cover 50% of vendor fees (Up to $3000) for 15 food vendors this summer. The Festival Activation Fund aims to level the playing field for entrepreneurs and increase opportunities for businesses owned by women, immigrants, and people of colour.
Among other eligibility criteria, restaurants, gastropubs, or bakeries must be active partners on DoorDash, have between one and three physical locations in Canada with less than 20 employees per location, and have a valid Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) business number.
