The CaribbeanTales Media Group, the CaribbeanTales International Film Festival producer, celebrates the grand opening of its new hub space, The Dundas West Studio, at 837 Dundas St W in Toronto on July 27th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
The flexible space totaling 11,000 square feet will serve as a base for the CaribbeanTales Media Group’s upcoming season’s activities, events, and programming. The space is also available to creators, small businesses, students, filmmakers, office rentals, and event hosts for rent for a reasonable fee starting at $50/hour.

ABOUT THE SPACE
Nestled in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant Dundas West neighborhood, the Dundas West Studio offers a flexible 11,000-square-foot modern rental space designed to accommodate a variety of projects, from photoshoots and film productions to art installations and private events.
It houses two floors, four private offices, three Bathrooms, a 50-seat Screening Room, an event reception space, and four studios. More than just an event venue, the versatile space can host an array of events and activities, including Film Screenings, Live Performances, Workshops, Panels, and Community Events.
In addition to its versatility, the concept creative space contains large windows that allow in an abundance of natural light, making it ideal for capturing stunning visuals and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Equally crucial for patrons, the space offers a wide range of professional equipment and amenities to ensure rentals needed for a successful event or shot.
ABOUT THE LAUNCH EVENT
The grand opening will showcase exclusive trailers for the upcoming Caribbean Tales International Film Festival and CineFAM Film Festival. Attendees will hear announcements about the annual The Big Pitch at TIFF, the Red Hot Mixer, and enjoy a special preview of the highly anticipated new comedy series Garvey’s Ghost, created by award-winning director Frances-Anne Solomon. There will also be a special screening of the film Panazz.
