This August, Afro Carib Fest, a Free Outdoor Weekend Festival celebrating the diverse cultures of African and Caribbean communities through live music, dance, food, and art, returns to Thomson Memorial Park for two days, August 23rd and 24th, 2025.
This bombastic cultural showcase will feature performances from talented local and international artists, dance competition, a cultural parade, and a vibrant marketplace with vendors selling one-of-a-kind items.
In addition to the cultural showcase, guests will enjoy savory delicacies from the city’s top African and Caribbean spots, indulging their taste buds with mouthwatering bites in the food zone.
Returning for its 14th edition, Afro Carib Fest is one of the biggest cultural showcases in Toronto. It brings together hundreds of thousands of individuals to celebrate the diversity of African and Caribbean Culture in Toronto. The event attracts over 30,000 patrons each year.
Additional activities for the showcase include a kids and family zone, drum and dance workshops, and raffle draws with amazing prizes.
