Opportunity to meet and network with Black entrepreneurs
Black Rotman Commerce, an organization dedicated to supporting students, career professionals, and industry leaders of Black representation to advance Black representation in the industry, hosts their annual Black Career Conference in Toronto on January 12th & 13th, 2024.
This 2-day conference sets the stage for Black students, graduates, and entrepreneurs to share, learn, and connect with industry professionals and community members; the conference will include a career fair and pitch competition where $20,000 in grant prizes will be up for grabs!
Here’s a rundown of the conference over 2-days:
Day 1 will kick off with a Pitch Competition featuring ten (10) aspiring Black entrepreneurs across Canada who are at the ideation or pre-revenue stage, pitching ideas to bring their innovations to life. The Black Founders Network sponsors this pitch. Interested in attending the pitch competition? Register here
Day 2 is a Career Fair Day, providing an exciting opportunity for attendees and job seekers to network with over 20 employers, such as SkillHat, JupiterHR, and Magnify Access.
