On August 19th, a longtime destination for cocktails, fresh oysters and celebratory bottles of bubbly in Toronto’s Entertainment District will reopen under a new identity.
Formerly known as Coffee Oysters Champagne, the space will become hotel à toi, a boutique hotel-inspired lobby bar designed to offer guests a sense of warmth, discovery and escape in the heart of downtown Toronto.
The reimagined hotel à toi concept draws inspiration from boutique hotel lobby bars, offering a refreshed interior, a new menu, and an immersive atmosphere that appeals to Toronto nightlife seekers.
On the Menu
The menu at hotel à toi will feature contemporary interpretations of classic dishes commonly enjoyed while relaxing in a hotel lobby.
Guests can expect a selection of small plates alongside carefully prepared classic cocktails designed to complement the atmosphere of the space.
