Canada’s largest annual multicultural fusion festival returns to downtown Toronto this weekend. WorldFest Canada takes over Sankofa Square on July 11th and 12th, bringing two days of music, dance, fusion food, art, film, and cultural showcases to the heart of the city.

Over the weekend, guests can experience performances, food, and creative programming from communities across the Greater Toronto Area, with a focus on cross-cultural connection and celebration.

One of this year’s major highlights is the festival’s fusion food experience, featuring unique dishes inspired by different cultures and communities. Guests can look forward to creative combinations such as Filipino and Japanese, Indian and Mexican, Tibetan and Nepali, and Brazilian and Portuguese cuisine.

This year’s festival will also include a film showcase spotlighting work from emerging Canadian directors and producers, presented on large-format screens throughout the weekend.

Returning for its second year, WorldFest Canada invites visitors to experience the traditions, cuisine, creativity, and performances of dozens of cultural communities side by side. From live entertainment on the main stage to street food and artisan vendors, the free festival offers something for everyone.
