This May, the Helping Hands Jamaica Foundation returns with Jam-Walk 2026, its annual 5km fundraising walk and brunch supporting access to education for children and youth in Jamaica.
Taking place on Saturday, May 30th at Palais Royale, this year’s event marks a major milestone as the organization celebrates 20 years of giving back through educational initiatives and school-building projects across Jamaica.
Participants can expect a family-friendly morning filled with community, music, and movement, followed by a delicious brunch-to-go after the walk.
Funds raised from the event support the Helping Hands Jamaica Foundation’s mission to improve access to education and build safer learning environments for children in under-resourced communities across Jamaica. Since its founding, the organization has helped build and improve 27 schools across Jamaica, enhancing educational infrastructure and learning opportunities for students.
Participants can register individually, with friends and family, or as part of a team while fundraising in support of educational access for Jamaican youth. All registered participants will also receive a gift.
As always, you can keep up with the latest things to do across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area on efosa.
