Brought to life by the Liberty Entertainment Group, Canada’s premier creator of landmark restaurants, world-class venues, and elevated nightlife experiences, Powder Room is designed with intention. The space blends old-world romance with modern allure, offering guests a cinematic escape rooted in style and sophistication.

The Ambience and Atmosphere (Sophistication Meets Approachability)

Inside, guests can dine and unwind in rich velvet seating, surrounded by marble accents, Dolce & Gabbana wall coverings, and Kelly Wearstler upholstery , giving a nod to high-fashion glamour.

Illuminated by soft candlelight, every corner is built for conversation, connection, and a touch of mystery. Also, the restaurant’s namesake powder rooms carry personality, featuring an authentic Banksy “Monkey Queen” keeping watch.

The Food: Classic Bites with Couture-Level Detail

Powder Room’s menu provides its own unique twist on classic bites, mixed with sophisticated expressions of flavour. Guests can caviar and oysters served with a whisper of decadence, and tasty wagyu hot dogs with couture-level detail.  The menu is curated by Michelin-recognized chefs and executed by Executive Chef Karina Gilverson. The spot also hosts a cocktail program by World Class Global Bartender, Jacob Martin.

Our signature Caviar Chicken Nuggets perfectly capture the essence of our “street-style Michelin-worthy” culinary philosophy. Served in a custom-designed, branded nugget box, this playful yet luxurious dish features 8 chicken nuggets with a tin of premium caviar alongside classic accompaniments—an unexpected pairing that elevates a nostalgic favourite into a true indulgence.” –
