This weekend, UpFRONT Festival, an Indigenous-led festival, makes its return to downtown Toronto, providing 3 days of arts, music, culture, and community from August 15th to 17th across Berczy Park and Scott Street in the heart of downtown Tkaronto.
Presented by TOLIVE, this outdoor festival will feature over a dozen electrifying performances, interactive installations, a bustling Indigenous arts and crafts market, and food—all grounded in Indigenous community, culture, and creativity.
From emerging talents to nationally recognized performers, artists from across Turtle Island will gather to celebrate Indigenous excellence through song, storytelling, and visual art.
Headlining the festival are the talented Inuit singer-songwriter and three-time Juno Award-winner Susan Aglukark and Tataskweyak Cree Nation multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter and producer Sebastian Gaskin. Other talented performing acts include
