Luminato Festival, Toronto’s largest festival of extraordinary and diverse art experiences, returns this June for its 19th season from June 4th to 22nd, promising over 3 weeks of bold, playful, epic art experiences all around Toronto.

Luminato Festival will ignite and provide day and night experiences to engage audiences in tandem with this year’s theme of DAY: NIGHT. This theme explores how we inhabit the city in a 24-hour cycle, highlighting the beauty and uniqueness of both day and night experiences in the city.

Guests should expect a dynamic mix of music, dance, epic performances, and theatre, along with immersive, family-friendly, and free public art in this epic art showcase across the city.

With the city as its canvas, Luminato will bring art encounters to a diverse range of outdoor spaces, transit stations, theatres, galleries, and neighbourhoods across the Toronto area.

Over 1000 artists from Canada and afar will reimagine the city with compelling public art over three blockbuster weeks with 12 world premieres, eight commissions, and 14 exclusives from 10 countries. You can check out all this year’s festival events on Luminato’s website here.
