Taking place at the beautiful and natural Toronto Botanical Gardens on June 21st, Waiting to Exhale is a half-day retreat for Black women ready to reclaim their inner peace, divine feminine energy, and the sacred right to rest.
This immersive healing experience will allow participants to learn and indulge in restorative practices to release, reconnect, reflect, and realign their bodies and minds. There will be calming sounds as you perform healing exercises, breathwork, gentle movement, and soul activations.
Participants will also get the opportunity to share their personal stories with a tolerant audience free of judgment.
Also, there will be food, curated goodie bags, and an opportunity to shop from and support local wellness vendors
