The West Park Foundation Tournament of Stars returns on March 22nd in Toronto with its annual celebrity basketball tournament, which supports UHN’s West Park Healthcare Centre’s life-changing rehabilitation services.

Hosted at the Goldring Centre (University of Toronto), this fun sports fundraising event seeks to raise funds for patients needing rehabilitation and complex care after serious injury or illness. Each team will boast a former NBA and WNBA star. Participating athletes include

• Ticha Penicheiro (WNBA champion and Four-time WNBA All-Star)
• Metta World Peace (NBA Champion, NBA All-Star, and NBA Defensive Player of the Year)

This family-friendly, fun-filled day of basketball also features a 3-point competition, where participants will showcase their shooting skills, and a kids’ skills clinic, where the little ones can learn from the pros.
