Power through the cold with other community members while enjoying the outdoors
Colour the Trails, an organization focused on improving access to outdoor activities for BIPOC communities hosts its cross-country skiing for the first time in Ontario this February.
This beginner-friendly cross-country skiing event will be held in collaboration with the Horseshoe Valley Resort, the four-season getaway destination for outdoor adventures in the Ontario Area.
Under the guidance of a seasoned instructor, participants will start the day with an hour-long introductory lesson to cross-country skiing to learn the basics, followed by a full day of cross-country skiing. Participants will be expected to bring their cold-weather gear/clothing. You can find more information on how best to prepare on the Colour the Trails website.
Colour the Trails offers a discounted rate for the event valued at $118.65. Interested participants can register here. Small spaces are limited, so participation is essential.
