Minami Toronto celebrates the arrival of spring with a limited-time selection of cherry blossom-themed menu items, available from April 1 to 30 during dinner service. These seasonal offerings showcase delicate flavours and ingredients that evoke the essence of cherry blossom season—think cured sakura flower, strawberry, ume, and floral notes like elderflower and rose. From the Sakura Hokkaido Scallop Crudo to the refreshing Sakura Spritz, each dish and cocktail is thoughtfully crafted to highlight Minami’s signature Aburi-style cuisine with springtime elegance.
