The Markham Ribfest brings 4 of North America's Best Rib Teams. These "Pitmasters" are ready to serve you and your friends Award-Winning, Mouth-Watering BBQ Smoked Ribs, Tender Pulled Pork, Juicy Smoked Brisket, BBQ Chicken, Smoked Sausage, and those huge Beef "Dino" Ribs. There will be plenty of food and beer, along with music and fun activities.
